Well, as much as I am disappointed, I am not surprised about the House loss. It's disappointing, I am sad. I was hoping to keep the Rep majority, but was not expecting it. I well probably get over it. What I am scared about is that the House Former Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi well become Speaker of the House, the Third in line for the Presidency. I just hope that the Secret Service does their job.
Now at 10:22 PM PST the Dems need to win 3 seats to gang control of the Senate while the Reps need to only win 1. The Dems seem to be in the lead in two of the seats and it is a dead heat in the VA seat which well go into a recount. We well have to wait and see what happens.
California House District Seat number 11 where Incumbent Pombo-R is losing to McNerney 51-49% with only 26% of the votes counted. This race is still too close to call.
But I am going to bed. I have a 1600 word paper I need to write tomorrow that is due early in the day. More of the ramifications of the elections well continue.
